Restoration of Spirit "Not Your Typical Showcase Home & Garden" Formal Tours If you would like to schedule a formal tour for yourself, your friends or family, call or email. Lynn Reidl, founder of Rejuvestate, is the mastermind behind the Designer Showcase House and Gardens. Kohl, with the help of area designers, created environments where art and your soul can come together to make a sanctuary of the home. The project theme focuses on the journey of potent connections from foundation to décor. It invites you into a story where home is a reflection of self. Its not your typical showcase home and garden! Its about the restoration, history, and bringing the community together for fun interactive workshops. Hours & Admission: June 18 - July 3 The Showcase home is open to the public on: Friday: Rejuvestate hosting 12pm, 2pm, 3pm Janet Kohl will host the 10am, 11am, and 4pm slots Saturday: Rejuvestate hosting 12pm and 2pm Janet Kohl will host the 10am, 11am, and 4pm slots Sunday: Rejuvestate hosting 12pm and 2pm Janet Kohl will host the 10am, 11am, and 4pm slots Email or call to pre-register for private showings Ticket Prices: Adults, $15.00 Seniors aged 65 and over, $12.00 Students with valid ID and children ages 12-16, $10.00 Event Workshops: $ 15- $ 25 Our evening workshops will consist of various topics about home design, art, home genealogy and preservation, flower power, restorative yoga, spiritual restoration, and creating the life you love. Special events: Opening Night Launch Party Ticket Price: $39.00 Closing Ceremony High Tea Ticket Price: $19.00 Tour Guidelines: Private Docent-Led tours last approximately 1 hour and are available on a first come, first served basis. To ensure guest enjoyment, capacity per tour is limited to 15 people. Self-guided Tours: A program guide will explain the history, design style, & story.
